Jon Siann
Over 20+ years of engineering, marketing, sales, and product management experience to MicroPower. Jon's innovative thinking lead to the formation of MicroPower as a solution to the intuitively obvious need for battery powered wireless video cameras with long range and interference avoidance.
Prior to founding MicroPower Technologies, Jon was the VP of Marketing for Netlist, a leading manufacturer of memory products, the VP of Sales and Marketing at Astute Networks, the leading provider of bladed storage solutions for edge applications such as Telecom Network Control, IPTV/VoD, Military C4I, and video surveillance, the Director of Marketing for AppliedMicro Circuit Corporation (AMCC) managing switch fabric, traffic managers and datacom physical layer products. Jon was responsible for defining product requirements and driving product-line design wins, as well as engineering positions as IBM, Brooktree/Rockwell and Peregrine Semiconductors.
Jon has an impressive list of 13 granted patents and holds a BSc (Honours) EE from the University of Edinburgh, UK.

Brad Wallace
Over 25 years of operations and finance experience to MicroPower.
Prior to founding MicroPower, Brad was the COO for Typhoon Security Technology an international start-up making explosive detection devices for airports, train stations, subways, and facilities. In this capacity, Brad was responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and operations.
Before this Brad was the COO and VP of Operations for Archos an European innovator of MP3 and MP4 consumer products. In this role he built the senior management team and managed all aspects of operations, sales and marketing.
Brad has also lead operations and finance for Intel, NetBoost, Sonoma Systems and Retix.
Brad holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a BA in Business from Cal State Fullerton.

Bob Ehlers
Over 23 years of technology, marketing, and general management including: American President Lines, PeopleSoft (acquired by Oracle), Inktomi (acquired by Yahoo), and Intel. Bob Ehlers brings a wealth of experience to MicroPower.
Over the past 4 years, Bob has developed HauteSpot Networks, who builds wireless routers which are optimized for IP video streaming. At HauteSpot, his customers include the FBI, DEA, ATF, US Army, Italian National Police, DHS, FAA, NSRR, UPRR, ICX Technologies, Applied Research, Dynetics, Autonomous Solutions, iRobot, and many others.
Bob is an industry recognized expert in wireless IP video streaming and is a frequent lecturer at ISC, ASIS, APCO, NAB, SMPTE and other events.
Bob has previously held senior management positions at Intel, Inktomi, PeopleSoft and American President Lines, as well as 9 years US Coast Guard Reserve Chief Petty Officer.
Bob holds an MBA/MSIE and a BS in business from California Polytechnic State of University-San Luis Obispo.
